We work with clients to give them control of their business with less effort. The cornerstone is a system of four, mandatory meetings each week!
- A Financial Meeting. In order to have financial control of your business, you must have this weekly meeting. TFG works with our bookkeeping client-owners to schedule this meeting each week. The Zoom meeting is facilitated by a TFG Success Partner and the owner. In the meeting, we review your six-week cash flow forecast, AR, AP, and budget. Other issues are also addressed.
- A Sales Meeting. A review of your current and forecasted sales with your sales team.
- An Operations Meeting. A review of your operations with your operations personnel reviewing, bottlenecks, staffing, etc.
- A Strategic Meeting. A review with your professionals and others to keep your company in front of the ever-changing environment of your industry and your personal goals.
