TFG Clients receive services customized to their needs. Clients choose their level and then customize their services. At all levels, the Client will have regular access to their professional either by phone or email. When we have a question, expect a call from us to make sure it is right! Please note that TFG does not provide CPA services. You keep your CPA or we can recommend one, however, we find that avoiding this conflict of interests allows the client to meet their needs at a significantly lower investment.
Level I–Basic Bookkeeping. At this level, TFG will professionally service your basic bookkeeping. This includes the entry of your daily transactions, reconciliation of accounts, filing of sales taxes, Profit and Loss Statements,, and regular production of all required reports.
Level II–Enhanced Bookkeeping Services. The enhanced services include payroll services and a bi-weekly Zoom with our professionals. We will recommend the payroll service that best fits your needs and incorporate their work into our reports.
Level III–Full Service Bookkeeping. This level is a substitute for all your in-house accounting. AR, AP, Billing, a weekly Zoom, and more as needed.

Pricing is determined by the services requested and an estimate of the time required to do your job right. Small ($500,000 revenue; 1-2 employees) can be as little as $100 per week. Larger companies ($3-5,000,000 revenue; 20-30 employees) average $1,000 per week.
